About Abridged Beer Company
Abridged's North Peters Road location is the original taproom and headquarters for a group that now includes a Bearden brewpub, the Oak Room and a Powell burger shop. Beer runs from clean lagers to fruited sours, and the kitchen puts out a genuinely good burger. It's the West Knoxville answer to the downtown brewery scene.
