The service

Find Knoxville is a free business directory covering the Knoxville, Tennessee metropolitan area and neighbouring counties. It is provided at no charge by Powers Advertising.

Accuracy

Listings are compiled from public sources and from submissions by business owners. We work to keep them current but cannot guarantee that any detail — hours, address, phone number, or whether a business is still trading — is accurate at the moment you read it. Verify anything that matters directly with the business.

Ratings

Combined ratings are calculated from scores published on third-party review platforms. They are an editorial summary, not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of quality. We are not affiliated with the platforms whose scores we reference.

Claiming a listing

By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorised to represent that business. Information you add must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights. We may reverse a claim or remove content that appears fraudulent, misleading or abusive.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the directory in bulk, submit false listings, impersonate a business, or use the contact forms to send unsolicited commercial messages. We rate-limit and block abusive traffic.

Removal

Business owners may request removal of their listing at any time through the contact form.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by Tennessee law, Powers Advertising is not liable for losses arising from reliance on information in the directory or from dealings with any business listed here.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
