Lonesome Dove Knoxville

Chef Tim Love brought his Fort Worth concept to the corner of Central and Jackson, where the kitchen works through elk, wild boar and dry-aged beef alongside the signature garlic-stuffed tenderloin. The building's exposed brick and high ceilings give the Old City room some drama. It's a special-occasion spot with a bar that draws its own crowd.
