Yes, in both directions. It is free to search, and it is free for a business to be listed, to claim its listing, and to edit it.
There is no premium tier, no featured placement to buy, no contract and no sales call. Voluntary donations are welcome but change nothing about how a business appears.
Who runs Find Knoxville?
Find Knoxville is built, hosted and paid for by Powers Advertising, a marketing studio in Knoxville run by Jason Powers.

Listings were built from public business information for the Knoxville metro so the directory would be useful on day one rather than empty.
